By registering for a Sip Happenz! class, I confirm and agree to the following:

 

Age Requirement

    ◦    I certify that I am 21 years of age or older. A valid government-issued ID may be required for entry.

    ◦    I consent to Sip Happenz using these images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, and marketing materials.

Responsible Consumption

    ◦    I understand that Sip Happenz! promotes responsible drinking.

    ◦    I agree to consume alcoholic beverages responsibly and acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my own actions and decisions regarding alcohol consumption during and after the event.

    ◦    Sip Happenz! reserves the right to refuse or stop service if guests are visibly intoxicated or if unsafe conditions arise.

Acknowledgment of Risk

    ◦    I acknowledge that Sip Happenz! is not responsible for any injury, accident, or damage that may occur as a result of participation in the class or consumption of alcohol.
